Return & Refund Policy

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity provided under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence (in the EU, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771; in Switzerland, the applicable provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations). This legal guarantee cannot be waived, limited, or excluded by NIDOCA. If your Mushroom Gummies are defective, damaged, expired, or do not conform to the product description at the time of delivery, you may be entitled to a replacement, price reduction, or refund under the law applicable in your country of residence. Please contact us at admin@nidoca.com to make a claim, and we will inform you of the process and timeline that applies under your local law.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal — EU, EEA & Switzerland

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason ("droit de rétractation" / right of withdrawal), in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent Swiss consumer protection rules.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The pouch must be unopened and factory-sealed, with the seal intact.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the item, by emailing admin@nidoca.com with your order number.

Please note: once the pouch has been opened or the seal broken, the product is no longer eligible for return or withdrawal, for health, hygiene, and food safety reasons — in line with the statutory exemption to the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

Once you've notified us of a valid withdrawal, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, in which case return shipping is free and a replacement or refund will be issued.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned product (or of you providing proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier), using the original payment method.

Returns — United States

We want you to feel good about your purchase. For customers in the United States:

  • Unopened, unused pouches with the factory seal intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Once a pouch has been opened, it is not eligible for return or refund, for health and food safety reasons — except in cases covered under Damaged, Expired, or Lost Shipments below.
  • To start a return, email admin@nidoca.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, in which case we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.

Damaged, Expired, or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, appears to have an expired or near-expiry best-before date, or is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@nidoca.com within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date, including photos where applicable. Damaged, expired, or lost shipments will be refunded in full or replaced, at your choice.
