Delivery Method

United States

• Express delivery: 1–2 business days

European Union, EEA & Switzerland

• Standard delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Duties & Taxes

United States: Orders shipped within the US are not subject to import duties. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.

European Union, EEA & Switzerland: Because orders are shipped from the United States, they are imported into the EU/EEA/Switzerland and may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and a customs clearance/handling fee charged by the courier. (Assumption to confirm: unless stated otherwise, these orders are shipped DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid — meaning any import VAT or duties are calculated by customs on arrival and are the customer's responsibility to pay before or upon delivery.) If you'd rather offer landed-cost (DDP) pricing so the checkout price is all-inclusive for EU/EEA/Swiss customers, this section — and your checkout tax settings — need updating to match, since it changes what you're legally representing about "final price," and it materially affects the customs/VAT compliance approach for a food-supplement product entering the EU.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@nidoca.com within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date, including photos of any damage where applicable. Damaged or lost shipments will be refunded in full or replaced, at your choice.
